Bingshan Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. held the 1st meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on December 27, 2024. The meeting was attended by 9 directors. The following resolutions were adopted:

1. Electing Mr. Ji Zhijian as the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Cai Liyong as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
2. Electing Mr. Ji Zhijian, Mr. Xu Wei, Mr. Zhai Yunling, Mrs. Liu Yuanyuan, and Mrs. Yao Hong as members of the Audit Committee, with Mrs. Liu Yuanyuan as the convener.

The term of appointment of the above personnel shall be the same as the term of the 10th Board of Directors. The independent directors expressed agreement on the engagement of senior executives.
