comprehensively promoting intensive resource utilization and circular regeneration.
To effectively reduce production cost waste caused by inner packaging
waste, in January 2025, Shandong Salubris carried out a special research
project on reducing inner packaging waste. The project analyzed waste
causes in packaging material usage processes and formulated targeted
improvement measures accordingly. By optimizing management
strategies, the Company extended the validity period of sterilized packaging
materials from 24 hours to 48 hours and adjusted the sterilization limit for
unused packaging materials from "single-use only" to "double-sterilization
permitted." Practice verification confirmed significant results. Practical
verification has demonstrated significant effectiveness of these measures.
The Company compiled and published management regulations such
as "Sterilized Equipment and Items Management Procedures" to provide
guidance for subsequent standardized management.
