Public Announcement on Resignation of Executive Vice President
Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. and its Board members undertake that the
information disclosed herein is true, accurate and complete and does not contain any
false record, misleading statement or material omission.
The Board of Directors of Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the
"Company") has recently received the resignation application submitted by Ms. Zhong
Junhua, Executive Vice President, due to organizational reassignment. She has been
appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Director of
Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd. Therefore she has applied to resign from her position as
Executive Vice President of the Company. After her resignation, Ms. Zhong Junhua will
continue to serve as a Director of the Company.
Ms. Zhong Junhua's original term as Executive Vice President was scheduled to run until the
expiration of the Company's 12th Board of Directors. In accordance with the relevant
provisions of the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other applicable
regulations, the resignation application shall take effect on the date it is delivered to the
Company's Board of Directors. Prior to the Board's appointment of a successor after the
resignation takes effect, Ms. Zhong Junhua will continue to adopt a highly responsible
attitude and actively complete the handover to ensure a smooth business transition of related
work.
During her tenure as Executive Vice President of the Company, Ms. Zhong Junhua
performed her duties with dedication, diligence, and utmost responsibility. The Company's
Board of Directors hereby expresses its sincere gratitude to Ms. Zhong Junhua for her
contributions to the Company during her term of office.
