development initiatives, while simultaneously advancing its supporting component supply business for
humanoid robots—including lightweight skeletons, rubber components, and electronic skin. Among these, its
lightweight skeleton and rubber component business has secured multiple designated contract agreements.
The establishment of the Dingli Kexing subsidiary's manufacturing facility and the successful completion
of the production line for humanoid robot systems mark the official deployment of the Company's OEM
manufacturing capabilities for robot bodies. Currently, the Company has entered into a partnership with Zhuji
Power to undertake OEM manufacturing services for robot bodies and is actively engaging with multiple robot
body manufacturers. The first-phase production line has been put into operation; subsequent phases will
involve continuous optimization and iteration to build a smart, modern manufacturing base with enhanced
production capacity, providing intelligent manufacturing support for OEM robot body production across the
robotics industry. In the first half of this year, Dingli Kexing undertook the contract manufacturing of 60
humanoid robots.
Leveraging its comprehensive precision manufacturing capabilities and full industrial chain deployment,
the Company firmly holds its position as the core enterprise within Hefei's robotics industry chain. It has
established deep strategic partnerships with leading domestic robotics brands such as Zhuji Power, Mojia
Robotics, Zhongqing Robotics, and Shanghai Fourier; customers from the automotive OEM sector entering
the robotics market are also now undergoing comprehensive integration and development processes. On the
smart manufacturing front, the Company has forged supply chain collaborations with firms including Zhuji
Power and Shuixing Ketian, while also initiating R&D partnerships with academic teams at institutions such
as the University of Science and Technology of China. Its subsidiary, Kekebao, is actively promoting the sales
and application scenarios of humanoid robots and has established its first 6S retail store and secondary
development company in Hefei. This initiative has initially shaped an industrial ecosystem centered around
Zhongding—encompassing the manufacturing of core robotics components, OEM-based intelligent
manufacturing of robot bodies, and the promotion of sales and application scenarios—thereby further
strengthening this synergistic effect.
(1) Industry Overview
The automotive industry is currently undergoing a profound transition toward electrification and intelligent
transformation; market competition is intensifying, while consumer demand continues to evolve. Domestic
automakers are steadily strengthening their overall competitiveness. As global expansion efforts continue and the
industrial chain is being rapidly optimized and consolidated, the industry is shifting from pure price competition to
a comprehensive rivalry centered on technology, quality, and service. As a result, the entire sector is steadily
advancing toward greener, higher-end, and more diversified development.
(2) Company Product and Business Development Status
While focusing on its own business development, the Company has leveraged overseas mergers and
acquisitions to introduce, digest, and absorb advanced technologies and manufacturing processes from Europe
and North America, actively positioning itself as a leading enterprise across multiple specialized segments.
Currently, the Company has established a comprehensive business portfolio comprising both traditional non-
tire rubber products—such as seals and chassis shock absorbers—and incremental products tailored to the
evolving trends of electric and intelligent vehicles, including air suspension systems, lightweight chassis
systems, and thermal management systems. These products are supplied to leading domestic and international
automakers as well as emerging automotive players, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, BYD,
Geely, XPeng, Li Auto, and NIO. Additionally, the Company is actively expanding into the energy storage
and thermal management sector, having already launched mass-produced, serialized liquid-cooled energy
storage systems. The Company will continue to enhance its domestic and international supply chain networks
to further solidify its global industrial presence. It remains ranked among the "Top 100 Global Automotive
Components Manufacturers" (81st place) and the "Top 50 Global Non-Tire Rubber Products Manufacturers"
