Absorption Merger of HTC by Hangzhou Hirisun Technology Incorporated ." and subsequently published the "
Prompting Announcement of Hangzhou Turbine Power Group Co., Ltd. Regarding the Implementation of Cash
Option in the Share Exchange Absorption Merger of HTC by Hangzhou Hirisun Technology Incorporated." on
November 19, 2025and November 25, 2025 respectively.
