"Transaction") through the issuance of A-shares to all shareholders of Hangzhou Turbine Power
Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HTC" or "the Company").
     On September 26, 2025, the Company received the Approval for Registration by the China
Securities   Regulatory   Commission     for   Hangzhou      Hirisun    Technology   Incorporated's
Share-exchange Absorption Merger of Hangzhou Turbine Power Group Co., Ltd. (No. 2141[2025]
