Hong Kong stocks were mixed; the HSI opened high 585pts but once dropped 253pts, closed at 21,612, down 226pts. The mainboard turnover was HK$112.9bn.

Mainland Bank shares shed, BANKCOMM (3328), ICBC (1398), CCB (939) and BOC (3988) dropped by a range of 3.5% and 4.75%, became the top 4 loser of the HSI, ABC (1288) shed 2.8% to HK$3.08. Oil price rebounded, Oil shares were mixed, and SINOPEC CORP (386) and CNOOC (883) rose 2.8% and 0.2%, PETROCHINA (857) down 0.9% to HK$6.49. Mainland Auto shares advanced, GREATWALL MOTOR(2333) soared 9.6% to HK$20.8%, GEELY AUTO(175) and DONGFENG GROUP(489) jumped 15.8% and 6.9%.
