China Aug Caixin manufacturing PMI hits 6 year low, the HSI once sank 571pts, closed at 22,409, fall 347pts. The mainboard turnover was HK$118.3bn.

GALAXY (27) dropped 4.4% to HK$28.05, became the loser of the HSI, SANDS (1928) and WYNN (1128) fall 3.1% and 2.2%. Mainland brokerage shares were under pressure, GUOTAI JUNAN I(1788) dropped 4.8% to HK$2.18, CITIC SEC(6030) and GF SEC(1776) fall 4% and 6.2%. Mainland insurance shares fall, PICC P&C (2328) fall 3.4% to HK$15.3, PING AN (2318) and CHINA LIFE (2628) fall 2% and 2.1%. Mainland telecoms shares advanced, CHINA TELECOM (728) jumped 6.9% to HK$4.65, CHINA MOBILE (941) and CHINA UNICOM (762) rose 2.2% and 3.2%.
