    Accordingto therelevantprovisionsoftheImplementationRulesoftheShenzhenStock
    Exchange onthesharerepurchasebyListedCompanies,Duringtheimplementationofthe
    repurchase,thecompanyshalldisclosetheprogressoftherepurchaseasoftheendoflastmonth
    within the firstthreetradingdaysofeachmonth.Theprogressofthecompany'ssharerepurchase
