The term of office of the 7th Supervisory Board of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd.expired. In order to ensure the normal operation of the Supervisory Board of the Company, theCompany held democratic elections for electing workers' Supervisors of the 8th SupervisoryBoard at the 14th Workers Congress in accordance with the Company law, the Articles ofAssociation of the Company, and the rules of procedure of the Supervisory board.
After a democratic vote at the meeting, Mr. Lu Jianhua and Mr.Fang Yin were elected as workers’ supervisors of the eighth Supervisory Board of the Company (Resumes as attached). The above-mentioned workers’ supervisors and the three non-employee supervisors elected at the second provisional shareholders’ general meeting of 2019 of the Company held on December 10, 2019 form the eighth Supervisory Board of the Company, and the term of office of the workers’ supervisors shall be same as that of the eighth Supervisory Board.

He does not hold shares of the Company; has no affiliated relationship with other directors, super
visors and senior management of the company, and has not been punished by the China Securities

Mr. Fang Yin, born in December 1962, CCP member, senior engineer, master degree.who joined the company in February 1982,engaged in research and development and productdesign, He assumed Workers' supervisor for the 6th and 7th term of the Supervisory Board.

isors and senior management of the company, and has not been punished by the China Securities
