On March 19, 2016, Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. disclosed 2015 Annual Report (2016-20)

on Securities Times, Shanghai Securities Daily,Hong Kong Commercial Daily” and

www.cninfo.com.cn.

Due to the negligence made by the working staff, there were errors on the data unit of the

remunerations of the directors, supervisors and senior management personnel disclosed in the

annual report. Hereby, the “Information table of the remunerations of the directors, supervisors

and senior management personnel in the company’s reporting period” which belongs to the eight

section of “Information of the directors, supervisors, senior management personnel and staff” was

corrected.
