(I) In the reprot peirod ,the company profit is affected by sales price decline and structure of the

product,which decrease about 40 million Yuan,due to the market demand shortage and scaled-down,which lead

to the fix cost and expense relatively increase.

(II) In the reprot peirod ,the company enhance the expense control, the period expense decrease about 25

million Yuan,and the net profit from non-business operation increase about 12 million Yuan.
