(I) In the report period ,the company profit is affected by sales price decline and structure of the
product,which decrease about 48 million Yuan,due to the market demand shortage and scaled-down,which
lead to the fix cost and expense relatively increase.
(II) In the report period,the company enhance the expense control, the period expense decrease about
29 million Yuan,and the net profit from non-business operation increase about 5.7 million Yuan.
