Public Notice on Progress of signing the agreement of special item
loan with the controlling shareholder
Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and its whole members of Board of
Directors ensure that the public notice is real, accurate and complete, and there are
no any important omissions, fictitious statements or serious misleading carried in this
notice.
The 2nd meeting of 7th session of the Board was held on March 10, 2016 by Dalian
Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), deliberated and approved the report on
signing the agreement of special item loan with the controlling shareholder; agreed
the Company to sign the agreement of special item loan with the controlling
shareholder for the 160 million yuan special item fund of the China Development
Bank (CDB) development fund. More details of the above mentioned events as well
as the main content of the agreement of special item loan, please found in the
Resolution Notice of the Board (2016-017) and Public Notice of Related Transaction
of signing the agreement of special item loan with the controlling shareholder.

Currently, the Company has signed the agreement of special item loan officially with
Bingshan group. And 160 million yuan special item fund has been transferred to the
