Public Notice on Resolution of the 13th Meeting
of the 6th Supervisory Committee
Please be advised that the 13th meeting of the 6th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 5th floor of
the Company on January 4, 2016. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was
presided over by Mr. Yu Fuchun, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following
resolution was examined and adopted at the meeting: Report on the supervisor candidates for the
7th board of supervisors of the Company.
List of the supervisor candidates for the 7th board of supervisors of the Company:Yu Fuchun (the
representative of employees), Mao Chunhua (the representative of shareholders), and Dai
Yuling(the representative of shareholders).
The aforementioned candidates all have not received punishment from CSRC and other related
department or disciplines from Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and had no related relationships with
controlling shareholders and actual controller of the Company, none of them is the dishonest
executor.
With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
The above proposal shall be submitted to the 1st Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting of
2016 for review and approval.

1. Yu Fuchun, male, born in 1959, the senior political worker, now acting as the chairman of the
Supervisory Board, and the vice chairman of the Trade Union of the Company. He holds 10,140
A-shares of the Company.
2. Mao Chunhua, female, born in 1965, Senior Accountant，now acting as the supervisor of the
Company, and the chief of the Financial Management Dept. of the Company. She does not hold
the shares of the Company.
3. Dai Yuling , male, born in 1978, Accountant，now acting as the deputy chief of the Financial
Dept. of Dalian Bingshan Group Company Ltd. She does not hold the shares of the Company.
