The Issuance Examination Committee of CSRC examined the application for

Non-Public Issuance of A Stocks by Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (the ¡°Company¡±)

on December 2, 2015. According to the audit results of the meeting, the application

for Non-Public Issuance of A Stocks by the Company has passed through the

examination.
