Directors ensure that the public notice is real, accurate and complete, and there are
no any important omissions, fictitious statements or serious misleading carried in this
notice.
Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) received a Feedback Notice of
Review of CSRC’s Application for Administrative Licensing (No.151965)
(“Feedback”) on 29 October 2015. The Company and intermediary organ are
carefully researching the issues proposed in the Feedback, and illustrate relevant
issues and analysis of an argument in line with the requirement of Feedback. And
released the reply of feedback on request, more details can be found in Reply on
Feedback of the Non-Public Issuance of Stocks Application under the name of Dalian
Refrigeration Co., Ltd. released on Juchao Website dated 11 November 2015. The
reply materials on feedback will submit to the CSRC in two days after above
mentioned feedback reply released.
There have uncertainty in the approval of privately offering from CSRC, duty of
disclosure will implemented by the Company in line with the progress. Investors are
advised to exercise caution of investment risks.
