Mr.Sun Shicheng was born in December 1964,universtity degree senior political division,since 1987,he
worked as technician and secretary of Youth Corps Committee of the fouth finished product
factory,,secretary and section chief of WBGC organization department,party branch secretary of
NC,north-west bearing sales company.now he work as the the labor Union chairman, secretary of the
commission for discipline inspection ,staff director and organization department of WBGC .None of shares
held. No punishment and penalty made by CSRC, other departments or Securities stock exchange, has
suffered before.He possesses the qualification for the director candidate, and conforms to the regulations
stipulated by the “Company Law.”
